My wife and I have been married for more than 20 years, and we're proud to have raised our family right here in Portland. All of our children are native Oregonians, and we care deeply about serving the community we've always called home.

Before starting No More Junk, we spent our careers in leadership and education, where we learned the importance of integrity, communication, showing up for people, and treating everyone with respect. Those are the same values we wanted to build into our business.

We intentionally started No More Junk as a family business and invited our teenage sons to work alongside us. We want them to learn that success comes from hard work, keeping your word, and serving others well. Every job is an opportunity to teach responsibility, professionalism, and pride in doing quality work.
